Established in 1991 and formerly known as Badari, Madhusudhan & Srinivasan, B M S S & CO. has grown over
35 years into a multi-partner Chartered Accountancy firm with a team of over 100 professionals, spread
across 8 cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Tumakuru, Vijayapura and Ilakal. The firm is led by
a team of 14 partners bringing together deep expertise in Statutory & Concurrent Bank Audit, Corporate &
Government Audit, Internal Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, Ind AS Advisory, Financial Management
Consultancy, and Business Process Outsourcing.
Our professionals have collectively contributed over three decades of experience to the audit of Public,
Private and Cooperative Sector Banks, Private Limited and Listed Companies, major Central and State Public
Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Urban Local Bodies, Statutory Boards, Corporations, Farmer Producer Companies,
and Special Purpose Vehicles implementing externally and centrally/state-sponsored social sector programs.
We also undertake internal audit assignments for Government departments and bodies, and provide
